I mentioned in yesterday’s post that I made some chili-rubbed BBQ pork chops for dinner. I’m not much of a cook, so I tend to keep to a small repertoire of tried-and-true recipes. This is an easy-peasy one that really goes over well when company comes over!
What You’ll Need: 4 pork chops (thawed), seasoning salt, garlic powder, chili seasoning powder, and your favorite BBQ sauce.
What to do: Preheat broiler. Sprinkle pork chops on both sides with seasoning salt and garlic powder. Rub chili seasoning powder into both sides of pork chops. Broil pork chops 5 minutes on each side. Brush the top with BBQ sauce and broil 1 minute, flip the chops and brush the other side with BBQ sauce, broil 1 more minute.
That’s IT! (I told you I’m all about easy-peasy.)
