I’m Amanda. Friends call me Mandi.

I’m 29. My birthday is February 24th. That makes me a Pisces. And it suits me.

I own and operate Proper Dog Media, a web design and development business. I also do freelance development with Freckled Nest and my “real” job is as a .NET programmer/analyst.

I make my home in Erie, Pennsylvania, though I left part of my heart back in Nashville, Tennessee, where I lived for a little over three years.

I love animals, knitting, Mexican food, good wine and coffee … lots and lots of coffee.

My heros are Kevin Rose, Zooey Deschanel and my mom.

I share my home with my fiancé, Mike, my stepson-to-be, Ben, and two adorable fuzzbutts: Gracie, a puggle (pug/beagle mix) and Stuart, a handsome tuxedo cat.

Empathy is my greatest weakness, but also a strength. I can be a workaholic at times. I live to be challenged and love to work under pressure. I am the girl you want on your side in a crisis.

I consider life one giant adventure. Learning is my passion, and I’m determined to never stop exploring and growing as a person.

Music Loves

I’m eclectic and love a bit of everything, but my favorites tend to be hard rock, indie rock and folk rock. Some of my favorite bands/artists are Adele, Avenged Sevenfold, Butch Walker, Mumford & Sons, Seether, She & Him and Shovels & Rope.
